Portals and enquiries

Get properties onto ImmoScout24, willhaben, immowelt and others and receive every enquiry as a lead.

Which portals are supported?

ImmoScout24 Germany via its API (sign in, confirm, done) and every portal with an OpenImmo import via FTP, which is practically all of them in Germany and Austria: immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, willhaben, derStandard, ImmoScout24 Austria, immobilie1, immopool, neubau kompass, the newspaper portals and many more. Under Settings → Connections → Portals → “Add portal” you find the catalogue with a search by country; if a portal is missing, pick “OpenImmo-FTP (other portal)”. The import credentials come from your portal. Swiss portals (homegate, immoscout24.ch, newhome) need the IDX format, which is in preparation.

How do portal enquiries get into livelisted?

Portals send enquiries by email. The easy way: connect your mailbox under Settings → Connections and switch on "Create leads from portal enquiries". Your usual address stays in every portal; livelisted reads the enquiries from ImmoScout24, immowelt, willhaben and derStandard in your inbox and recognises the property by its reference number. Without a mailbox, every property has its own receiving address (…@mail.livelisted.app) in the "Publish" tab, which you enter in the portal as the forwarding address. Either way every enquiry becomes a lead with name, contact and message.

And enquiries from my website?

Via the property's form webhook URL or the API (POST /api/v1/leads). Zapier and Make work with it too. Both are on the property's "Lead inbox" card, the reference is at /docs/api.

How often are the portals updated?

Changes to a property go to the connected portals with the next run, usually within minutes. Archived properties are removed from the portals.

What happens when the same person enquires twice?

livelisted recognises the email address and attaches the new enquiry to the existing lead. You see the whole history in one place.

Still stuck?

The support chat in the app answers straight away; a human takes over when needed. Or book a call.
